The Hungarian Journal of Legal Studies – Acta Juridica Hungarica is an international double blind peer-reviewed journal of the Centre for Social Sciences of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, founded in 1959 by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the oldest and most prestigious English language law journal of Hungary. The main aim of the Hungarian Journal of Legal Studies is to provide a forum for scientific discussion on current developments of Central European legal systems, but no topic of legal interest is excluded from consideration.

The editors invite unpublished research articles for publication in its forthcoming volume 56, 2015. Articles should be no more than 6,000 words and a short abstract of about 150 words should be submitted by January 30, 2015. The language should be British English, referencing style OSCOLA:
