A new book on The Principle of Effective Legal Protection in Administrative Law – A European Perspective, eds. Zoltán Szente and Konrad Lachmayer, has been published by Routledge, London.
This collection presents a comparative analysis of the principle of effective legal protection in administrative law in 14 European countries, and in the jurisprudence of the European courts. The book is the result of an international research project organised and financed partly by the Institute for Legal Studies.
It is the first comprehensive study of the topic based on extensive comparative research. Its Portuguese edition (in Brazil) is under preparation.
